Casa Martina – Adyton is more than just a luxury residence; it is a realm of inner silence and eclectic living. Designed as a private “Adyton” bathed in the light of Chalkidiki, it is crafted from stone, marble, and natural materials that exude timeless quality and discreet nobility.
Spanning 750m² across three levels, the estate offers an experience of absolute comfort, featuring an internal elevator, a private garage, and an independent 50m² guest studio.
Lower Floor – Wellness & Private Hospitality
The lower level is dedicated to wellness and independent living. The private spa features a six-person sauna, a five-person hammam, showers, and a massage room, creating a sanctuary for deep relaxation and self-care. Adjacent to this, the home cinema, complete with a fireplace and a service kitchen, serves as a cozy, private gathering space.
On the same level, an independent 50m² studio with its own entrance, kitchen, and private bathroom offers the perfect retreat for guests seeking complete autonomy. A two-car enclosed garage completes the floor’s functionality, while the internal elevator ensures seamless access to all levels.
Middle Floor – The Heart of the Residence
The main floor serves as the central hub for hospitality and daily life. Three private suites with en-suite bathrooms—two of which feature their own fireplaces—provide personal serenity and comfort. The large, fully equipped kitchen and the indoor ten-person dining area create an ideal environment for hosting.
The two living areas, centered around a focal fireplace, blend comfort with architectural sophistication. In the main salon, the ceiling fresco and the Venetian Murano crystal chandelier lend a discreet “palazzo” feel without being overstated.

In a distinct part of the estate, a square featuring a traditional fountain and spring creates a second gathering point, while a cypress-lined path leads to the private forest and the illuminated stables.
